From the 'Slot' on the back, one would conclude this is a bank ... however ... THERE IS NO WAY TO GET THE MONEY INSERTED OUT !!!!
I think this was probably a ceramic mold that people custom paint, that came out REALLY NICE, but can't confirm.
I began to wipe it down, and it EITHER started getting REALLY CLEAN ... or ... I was removing paint.
No matter what, I'm not cleaning it any more.
