1 inch edge padding wraps around sharp surface edges. For round, square or rectangular tables, window sills, overhangs, etc. Soft, durable, non-toxic, fire-resistant extruded foam. Shaped like an "L": 1 inch for surface and 1 inch padding the edge. About 1/4 inch thick. Furniture friendly adhesive included. Fire resistant: pads smolder, but will not burn. Cut to size with household scissors. Cushions conform to round (measure circumference) or square surfaces (combine with Kids' Edge Corners). Non-toxic. Dense, impact absorbent. Double sided adhesive tape included.
Not for use on fireplace hearth edges: use wider, thicker hearth edge padding.
Warnings:
Not advised for antiques, expensive furniture or surfaces such as pressed board : removal may damage edges. Residual adhesive easily removes using adhesive dissolvers. UV sunlight rays can damage many surfaces. Padding protected surfaces may retain color: unprotected surfaces may fade. Avoid sun damage by using protective window film or avoid direct sunlight to avoid furniture damage.
