Returns and refunds
What you see in the pictures is exactly what you will get if you chose to buy it. The exact condition of the item is stated in the description above. If a customer proceeds in a purchase, the item it will be packed very carefully so to receive it in the condition mentioned in the description and showed in the pictures above.
In case that a customer contact me asking for refund claiming that he doesn’t received what he paid for (different, broken, used or in any other condition different from what is stated in items description and pictures), he must provide me evidence in a form of a short video unboxing the package that he received.
In case that a customer simply changed his mind about his purchase and wishes to return the item, this must be in the exact condition as it is received it; the customer must return it with the initial packaging and ship it as registered package or registered envelope as well as to provide a tracking number.
