All items being sold were donated to our organization in order to raise funds to maintain the weapons and purchase uniforms for our volunteers.  We make every effort to test or visually check every item.  Unfortunately we are not always successful in ensuring that every item is in mint condition (unless specified otherwise) prior to listing it.  In the event that an item arrives broken or in less than satisfactory condition please contact us first.  If you file a discrepancy with ebay we will be unable to resolve the issue since they freeze our funds and the refund option no longer is available for our use.  To put it simply, if you contact ebay when there is a problem we can't do squat!
If your item is shipped in a box, there is a 95% chance that the information on the outside of the box has nothing to do with the item in the box. Please don't refuse to accept this item.
Please check the postage cost before you buy an item. The weight of the item, the container and packing material and your physical location decide what the postage will cost and I can't do a thing about that (OK, we could pay the postage but that would take us from a non profit to a negative profit). Every attempt is made to ship ASAP but sometimes the timing makes that impossible. Please remember that we may be scheduled to provide Military Honors at a Veterans funeral and that has a higher priority than getting items to the Post Office - Thanks for understanding.
If an item arrives damaged please: 1) contact our organization and 2) up load a picture of the damaged item.  Once you have accomplished this we issue a full refund.
The listing indicates that we won't allow for returns.  That isn't correct, unfortunately the Ebay management seems to think that we have unlimited resources to allow for a 30 - 60 day return policy so we selected that  option to get past their edits.   If you need to return the item just contact us in 14 days and we will be happy to work with you.
At present we have one person working the ebay listings, sales, issues, etc.  To make matters worse all of the emails sent via ebay keep going into the spam file (which is a very large file).  So between having limited resources and an excessive amount of emails we don't always have time (or remember) to check the message file on ebay.  So if you don't get a reply within 2-3 days try sending another email.  I would list our email address but apparently the ebay police frown upon this practice.
We believe in Duty, Honor and Country.  This includes taking care of our responsibilities to our customers.  You are the reason that we are able to use ebay as a tool to raise funds for our Honor Guard team.
