Oase Biosmart 5000 Pond Filter
The
OASE BioSmart 5000 Pond Filter
is designed to eliminate cloudy, dirty pond water and algae growth by converting ammonia, produced by pond fish waste, dead plants, etc., into nitrite and then into relatively harmless nitrate using a natural process. This pond filter is designed to be used outside of the water garden and cannot be pressurized. The BioSmart 5000 pond filter comes with a temperature indicator and a pollution indicator to indicate bacteria activity and show when maintenance is necessary. The integrated cleaning system allows the pond filter pads to be maintained without removing them from the pond filter.

Returns:
Defective Products
:  We will arrange for defective products to be replaced under warranty at no cost, subject to inspection.  An RMA number must be obtained from us within 7 days of purchase to initiate the return process.  A replacement item and return shipping label will be provided.  We will arrange for payment of shipping on both the return and replacement.  Defective products must be returned within 14 days of replacement.
New Products
:  We will accept new, unused products within 10 days of purchase.  We must be notified prior to the return of the product.  Returned products are subject to inspection.  Products returned as new but have been in service are subject to a restocking fee.  Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
Used Products
:  Please check with us regarding the return of used products as our policy varies depending on product.  Generally, we accept used product returns within 10 days of purchase and subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
Shipping:
Standard shipping is either FedEx Ground or UPS Ground.  Tracking numbers are typically provided within 24 hours of shipping.  Expedited shipping is available - just send us a note and we will confirm with a revised shipping cost. We typically only ship to the lower 48.  However, we will do our best to ship internationally - again just send us a note
