This is a vintage Snell 6276/6277 video switching matrix panel router, rack mountable. Also includes a marking of 1149 PSU. Has RS485 input.
I can plug in this item and it powers up, but I don't have any further way of testing it.
Since we cannot fully test this unit, it is sold for parts, as-is with no returns.
