Vintage Carved Chocolate Brown Bakelite Clamper Bracelet Matching Dress Clip Set

From a recent estate sale is this carved chocolate brown bakelite set. The clamper style bracelet has an opening that is about 2 3/8" by 1 11/16". I have a 7" wrist and this is too small for me - there is a gap of about 1/2". The bracelet is about 1" wide and 3/8" thick at the front.
The dress clips are about 1 7/8" by 1 1/8". There are twisted brass metal inserts outlining the carving on the bracelet and the clips. The bracelet has 2 sets of 2 tiny holes on the inside - one set near the hinge and the other about 3/8" from one end of clamper. These do not look to me like hot pin holes but I am no expert so look at the photos 8 and 9 to decide for yourself.
One clip has chipping at diagonal corners - photos 5 and 6. The clip mechanism on this is also not flush to the back as is it is on the other one - it feels stable but wanted to mention it.
