Vintage Lucite Pearl & Thermoset Necklace Earrings Set Blue White Bead Lot

Description

This is a vintage two strand necklace and clip earrings demi parure set. The pieces are made up of lucite beads and simulated pearls. The blue lucite thermoset beads are known as moonglow because of their luminescent quality. These alternate with simulated pearls. Between each of the larger beads are faceted blue lucite beads with tiny gold tone spacer beads. The matching clip earrings have all of these elements. The necklace closes with a secure box clasp. The set is in excellent vintage condition with almost no wear. (The dark shadows on the faux pearls are reflections from my camera and are not flaws.) The beads on the necklace are well strung with no sagging. The gold tone on the clip backs of the earrings has darkened with age but this does not show when they are worn. The necklace has a wearable length of 22 inches, which is the length of the shortest strand. The earrings are 1 inch tall and 7/8 inch wide.
